On the Day Co-Ordination

Our service ensures you still have all the excitement of planning your day, however on the day you can relax and have complete confidence that an experienced professional is discretely helping you every step of the way.

Our on the day co-ordination service is a budget friendly way to get peace of mind on your wedding day or other event. Your family & friends want to relax and enjoy your day with you, you don’t want to burden them, you want to relax- a worried look is not a good look, you want to glow and be happy! Think of me as you personal assistant/lady in waiting for the day, with 20years experience in this industry there is not much that I haven’t previously experienced!

Why have an on the day wedding coordinator?

Unfortunately a high percentage of venue coordinators book your requirements for you, but are not necessarily present on the day, the result being that you are looked after by staff you have never met and may lack specialist experience in this field . Will they decorate the tables as you wish? Who will bring out the gifts when we do the speeches? Who will move our gifts safely? Etc. I attended a recent wedding as a guest and the speeches were not announced correctly, the gifts were delayed and the Bride & Groom forgot to cut the cake. Simple mistakes maybe, but collectively can sour your memories of the day. Our service ensures any problems are solved quickly & quietly. Also as a fully qualified beauty therapist, you can be assured that I will be on hand to assist, should any emergency touch ups be required! (I always carry an emergency kit containing all those little things that are sometimes needed on the day!).

Also included within this package is;
A full consultation 6 – 8 weeks and 3 - 4 weeks prior to the wedding/event, when together we will formulate a master plan/ itinerary creation. This will include etiquette & guidelines for duties and speeches. Whether you are planning a large or smal informal or formal affiar we will provide you an invaluable service. Prices are on application, but start from £150 for consultation (x2) and on the day co-ordination.

Also, that the service is aimed at ‘on the day’ co-ordination and does not include the booking and hiring of venues or other third party services, which will remain the responsibility of either the venue or client. This service is budget friendly due to the fact that it is not as extensive as a full coordination package offered by others, which may include all the event planning from beginning to end).
